Founder subscription terms

1. Offer, price and contracting

Founder is a paid annual subscription with no trial. Its current features, limits and economic terms are shown on the Plans and pricing page and in the order summary before payment begins.

Before the order is confirmed, the total price for the annual period, currency, applicable taxes and fees, any other charge and the automatic-renewal terms will be shown clearly. If the final amount depends on the country, billing address or another tax circumstance, the calculation method will be explained and Checkout will show the total before payment is confirmed.

The amount expressly confirmed in Checkout is the agreed price for the initial period. Referring to the Plans and pricing page does not allow that amount or the purchased features to be changed retroactively. TradeArena will send a durable confirmation or receipt recording the economic terms of the purchase.

2. Renewal and price changes

The subscription renews for annual periods until it is cancelled. Each renewal will use the price and taxes communicated for the new period.

At least 15 days before the deadline for giving notice that you do not wish to renew, TradeArena will send a reminder stating that deadline, the renewal date, the expected amount, how to cancel and the consequences of not doing so.

A price change may apply only to a future period after sufficient advance notice. You may cancel renewal before the new charge is made.

3. Activation and recognition

Founder access is granted only after the payment provider confirms a valid annual payment. Starting Checkout grants no rights and does not reserve the offer.

After that payment, the Founder badge remains even if the subscription is cancelled or expires. It is lost if a full refund following withdrawal or termination is confirmed, a partial or prorated refund is approved for a justified reason, or in the event of a chargeback or fraud.

4. Renewal cancellation

You can cancel renewal from Account or the billing portal at any time before the next charge. If those methods are unavailable, you can request cancellation through the contact form or by writing to support@tradearenahq.com.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the paid period ends; the account then returns to the Free plan and keeps the badge on the terms stated above. Cancelling renewal is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal and does not by itself trigger a refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you contract as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason during the 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded. You may use the model linked below or send any unequivocal statement to support@tradearenahq.com before the period expires.

TradeArena will acknowledge receipt by email and refund the full amount without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notice. The refund will use the same payment method and carry no fee. No amount will be deducted for access used during this period.

Withdrawal cancels the subscription immediately, ends Founder access and returns the account to the Free plan. It does not delete the account or affect any other rights available under the law.

6. Legal conformity guarantee

The digital service must conform to the contract, including the features shown during contracting. If it does not, you may request that conformity be restored and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or termination with a refund, at no cost. A partial or prorated refund approved for this or another justified reason ends Founder recognition. You can report an issue or exercise these rights at support@tradearenahq.com.

7. Offer closure

TradeArena may stop accepting new Founder subscriptions. Closing new sales does not by itself alter paid periods or existing renewals.
