This model is optional. You may instead send any unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw within the 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded.
How to send it
Complete the model and send it to support@tradearenahq.com before the period expires. The email receipt time starts the refund process.
Do not include card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents. TradeArena will acknowledge receipt by email.
Cancelling renewal in the billing portal does not replace this notice: that cancellation only prevents the next charge.

What happens next
TradeArena will cancel the subscription immediately and refund the full amount to the same payment method, without fees, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt. The account will return to the Free plan.
